Why self-trust doesn't always look like being right

Why self-trust doesn't always look like being right

In this episode, I’m reflecting on timing, self-trust, and what it means to make a choice without knowing exactly how everything will unfold.

After attending an outdoor event where the weather seemed to signal rain, I chose to leave. Then the sun came out, and the rain never came. That moment brought up a familiar thought many of us know well:

“Did I get it wrong?”

Self-trust is not about always knowing the future.

Sometimes it is about listening to the signs you have in the moment, making the best choice you can, and not punishing yourself when life goes another way.

If you are learning to trust yourself again, this conversation is for you.

That is why I created Stress Less, Write More, a free journaling guide to help you slow down, listen within, and begin noticing the quiet ways you are growing.

Here's to listening to yourself with gentleness and care.
