Hey darling,

Okay, real quick before you dive into all the New Year stuff...

What if your year wasn’t about crushing goals or having everything mapped out? What if it was just about staying close to yourself?

Letting yourself slow down enough to hear what you actually want. Not what you should want, or what sounds impressive on paper.

I don’t know about you, but the world has not felt safe for me in a long while.

There's so much chaos. So many people shouting over each other. Injustice everywhere and uneasiness about the future. And it’s easy to get pulled into fixing everything, solving everything, doing everything.

I've done the fixing, solving, and doing just to feel safe internally.

But inside you’ve got this whole quiet world. And... It’s the only part you really get to control.

So yes, maybe you’ll set some goals for 2026. Amazing. Go for it.

But what if you also made space to ask:
What actually felt good last year for me?
What drained me?
What lit me up? What do I want less of? What do I want more of?

What made me feel more like me?

This is the stuff that matters, maybe even more than anything else.

So here’s to a year, darling, that’s less about proving, and more about feeling; more about coming home to yourself.

Again and again and again.

Sending you New Year Cheer,
Vee 🍯
